The 2021 3^rd International Conference on Civil Engineering, Environment Resources and Energy Materials（CCESEM 2021）, hosted by School of Civil Engineering, North China University of Technology, will be held on September 17-19, 2021 in Changsha, China. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Civil Engineering, Environment Resources and Energy Materials and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Civil Engineering, Environment Resources and Energy Materials and related areas.   

A key aspect of this conference is the strong mixture of academia and industry. This allows for the free exchange of ideas and challenges faced by these two key stakeholders and encourage future collaboration between members of these groups.

The 2019 International Conference on Civil Engineering, Environment Resources and Energy Materials（CCESEM 2019) , was successfully hosted in school of Civil Engineering, North China University of Technology on September 20-22, 2019 in Beijing, China. All the papers have been published by the IOP journol and have been indexed by  EI.

The 2020 International Conference on Civil Engineering, Environment Resources and Energy Materials（CCESEM 2020) , was successfully hosted on September 18-20, 2020 in Changsha, China. All the papers have been published by the IOP journol and have been indexed by  EI.

Papers submitted to CCESEM 2021 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference.All accepted full papers will be published by EI系列Proceedings of Science(ISSN: 1824-8039) and will be submitted to EI Compendex for indexing.
