Papers submitted to CCESEM 2021 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference.All accepted full papers will be published by EI系列Proceedings of Science(ISSN: 1824-8039) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

CCESEM2021投稿，经过审核之后，最终所录用的论文将被EI系列Proceedings of Science(ISSN: 1824-8039)出版，并提交至 EI 检索。

**本次会议可接受中文投稿。中文投稿先安排审稿，审核通过之后，由我们安排缴费翻译。具体事宜，请提前咨询会务组老师。

SUBMISSION

1. All papers to be considered by CCESEM 2021 can submit your paper  to  SUBMISSION SYSTEM.

 CCESEM2021投稿文章可将论文发送到 艾思投稿系统 。

2. The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

    论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。

3. Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

   如果您的文章要投稿出版，请提交完整的论文。

4. Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

    如果您只是要做口头报告，还请提交报告摘要。
